• We will advise on and manage major Public Private Partnerships (PPP) infrastructure procurement projects to deliver wide ranging healthcare reforms and modernisation programs.
• HSD will manage prior market engagement events, develop the communication strategy to ensure that all key stakeholders and personnel are fully engaged.
