We deliver performance management training to improve policy development, program implementation and resource allocation.
Infrastructure Services
We will provide technical support to develop PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) infrastructure programs delivering the full project management cycle. We provide comprehensive Estate and Facilities Management Services across Primary, Secondary Healthcare Services and Specialist Institutions.
Procurement and Supply Chain Management
We deliver procurements to International Standards for major PPP programs and support commercial and legal DD and appraisal processes including cost benefit analysis and will present a full business case with project recommendations.
Health Sector Financing
We have supported the development of National Health Insurance Schemes and implemented a purchaser provider contracting and performance management approach and advised on contractual tariff and other transactional costs.
Digital Health
We have provided Technical Assistance and Subject Matter Expertise to support national implementation of “e” health solutions in patient management. HSD consultants work to improve the quality of data
to inform better health management and policy decisions.
Practical application and approach to HSD delivered services
Driven by inconsistencies in patient outcome, adverse budgetary pressures and taking the learning from Cancer networks HSD consultants delivered one of the first Integrated Care Pathways across the network of providers in the UK’s NHS for musculoskeletal service. This was one of the first ACO delivered under a Prime Provider PPP contract model. HSD wanted to ensure a sustainable approach to the transformational change program by enabling the local workforce to have the tools and knowledge to drive forward change and create the necessary behaviours to ensure learning could be applied to all areas of the patient pathway. This Rapid Improvement Approach (RIC) is now being applied in the delivering management of Chronic Disease and long-term conditions with the aim of creating a “best Practice” standards

With the increasing use of smart phones and handheld devices HSD partners work with a number of technology companies to ensure that our consultants are current with technology advances and how the benefits can be delivered to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the management of patient care.
